Applications
The official deadline to submit applications for the 2008 campaign year is already past, but a sample of materials to request membership for the 2009 campaign year, January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009, are available for your viewing. Included is the checklist as part of the application process. Watch for our 2009 application, available in December of 2008.
The applications are reviewed by staff and then presented for review to the Tennessee Membership Committee and subsequent recommendations for approval or denial by the Board of Directors. Completed executed copies of the 2009 application must be received to the Tennessee office by the deadline date of January 31, 2009, to ensure presentation to the Board of Directors.
