Community Health Charities
Tennessee
is a federation of America's premier health organizations that have joined together to raise charitable contributions in the workplace. Employee donations are used to support these member charities and provide research, patient services and outreach in local communities. Employees designate the charity or charities where they want their donations to go, and that’s where they go.
Mission:
Community Health Charities of Tennessee’s mission is to enhance the operations, programs and services of its member health-related charities through access to workplace giving. We provide employees at worksites access to the full range of information, services and referrals provided by our member charities in order to improve the health and well-being of employees through education, program services and medical research, while encouraging community involvement.
Community Health Charities of Tennessee, Inc. is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501( c )3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
Community Health Charities is one of the most cost-effective nonprofit organizations in the country. Community Health Charities keeps national overhead costs at just 6.3%.

is a 501(c) 3 non profit organization. The Board of Directors is made up of community volunteers from the state. Our Champions in Health are those volunteers who have been recognized by the community's leading health charities for their outstanding achievements.

Membership applications are posted each campaign year. The 2009 application will be available December 1, 2008.
